All Odulair products are manufactured in the USA using the finest U.S. and European medical components. We utilize over 514,000 square feet (47,752 m2) of manufacturing and office space throughout the USA. Each manufacturing facility houses the latest technology in Computer Aided Design (CAD), electronic routers and cutters, 3D modeling, and industrial equipment. HIGH TECH CAD DESIGN
Engineer utilizing a CAD (Computer Aided Design) Workstation on the WAN (Wide Area Network) within the manufacturing facility. AutoCAD software allows products to be designed to exacting precision. CAD cutting tools and computer aided manufacturing equipment allows us to follow through with the same precision in the finished product.

LIGHTWEIGHT BUT STRONG
Odulair units are manufactured with aluminum framing for lightweight, but strong facilities. Additionally, many of our products include RF (Radio Frequency) shielding to reduce the effect of electrical and environmental noise avoiding interference with sophisticated on-board medical equipment.
EXPANDABLE SIDES
The extending slide-outs utilized in our Odulair units are manufactured from aluminum creating the strongest and yet the lightest facilities possible. These slide-outs allow us to provide a significantly larger facility improving workflow and patient throughput without greatly increasing the cost of the product.
POWER THAT WORKS
One of the aspects of the Odulair "Medical From The Ground Up"™ approach is that each wire used our products is properly labeled and installed in a wiring harness, allowing for a cleaner assembly and appearance, and reducing possible electrical interference with on-board medical equipment. We feel that this level of quality and safety is required in a proper mobile medical facility. Without it, on-board medical equipment may not function within the proper power outputs.

CRAFTSMANSHIP
Many custom and unique components of Odulair products are manufactured by skilled craftsman and specialty artists at the factories prior to being installed into our finished products.
QUIET TECHNOLOGY
The generator used in each Odulair mobile units is installed in its custom enclosure, also known as a ‘Hush Box,’ designed to minimize the noise and create a quieter environment. The generator installation is engineered and tested to be the quietest in the industry. This level of interior quiet even under extreme temperature conditions increases the patient and staff comfort allowing for better facilitation of medical care.
PRECISION METAL
Our metal fabrication shop fabricates custom options out of aluminum, stainless steel and alloyed carbon steel with laser precision. The ability to work in all of these materials allows us to provide our customers with the best solution to meet their unique needs.

RIGID ELECTRICAL STANDARDS
Odulair only uses electrical components that meet the rigid standards for quality and reliability necessary in high-tech medical equipment and medical facilities. Each relay panel is fully assembled and then tested before it is installed in our products. Each assembler signs their name with personal pride to "their" creation.
SUPERIOR MATERIALS
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) routers, Punch Presses and Precision Laser Cutters are used to cut wood and other materials with exact precision. Impervious Corian brand countertops, Trespa brand walls and Trespa brand ceiling are examples of the interior elements that are cut with the CNC machine.
IMPERVIOUS SURFACES
Corian brand countertops and Trespa brand wall and ceiling surfaces provide the impervious surface necessary for cleanliness in a medical facility. The combination of these two is one of the reasons that the between case turn-around time in Odulair Surgery Units is among the quickest you'll ever see.
